The table height is easily adjustable. Therefore it is well suited to work either sitting or standing. The Table has two castors on the front legs, so that the table can easily be moved around.
The recess supports arms and shoulders, which reduces neck and shoulder tension and the pressure on the intervertebral disc in the neck area.
The arm pads ErgoRoll improve the comfort of arms and wrists resting on the table. They are made from black polyurethane.
