- cleaning up to max. 60 °C is recommended to protect the embossing
- conditionally autoclavable at 121 °C (2 bar) according to DIN EN 285 (for autoclaving, the version with raised scale is recommended)
- suitable for contact with foodstuffs according to Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011
