HALO® Oligo C18

Oligonucleotide separation without tailing

The HALO® Oligo C18 has an organo-silane modified surface for stability at elevated pH values and temperatures, which are common in oligonucleotide separation methods.

 

  • High pH and temperature stability, designed for to the conditions suited to oligonucleotide separations
  • 120 Å pore size, enables the separation of oligomers with a up to 60 bases in length
  • Surface passivated column hardware reduces potential of sample adsorption which may occur on with stainless steel
  • UHPLC and MS compatible
