iTri-Vial - high density

The tapered funnel moulded into the bottle offers a large surface while having a very narrow opening. Tests showed that even while handling the open bottle, volatile samples can be retained above average. The special design allows for identical bottle dimensions while bottle volumes may vary. This makes sample handling as well as labelling or barcoding of the bottle much easier.

The special screw thread, an in-house development, which is also found in our headspace vials, allows an evaporation free storage over an extended period of time. The matching closures made from fibreglass reinforced polyamide screw on effortlessly either manually or mechanically (19 mm hex-nut). The closures are available open-top with magnetic steel ring or closed-top.

Due to bottlenecks in production, this item is only manufactured in larger quantities on request.
