Vials and bottles for environmental analysis

Vials and bottles pre-cleaned for various applications in environmental analysis, including certificate.

Vials with volumes 20, 40 and 60 ml
Borosilicate glass, with open-top screw cap and 1.5 mm (-15) or 3.2 mm (-32) thick silicone/PTFE septum attached. Screw caps with 1.5 mm thick septum, cap and septum are welded.

Bottles with volumes from 125 ml
Type III Soda lime glass, with closed-top screw cap, PTFE lined attached.

Available cleaning processes:

Precleaned for TOC <10 ppb, including certificate displaying batch number.

The TOC value refers to the total amount of carbon, covalent bound in organic compounds.

Typical applications are: validation of water systems and cleaning validations, TOC trace analysis.

multiple 1:1 H₂SO₄ (Sulphuric Acid) rinses
oven-dried
vials and caps are assembled in the clean room
